This is not a good place to live if you want the people in the office to be professional. I lived there for 3 years and they changed the apartment staff 4 times the last team they brought in was just unprofessional and rude they never fixed my issues in my apartment. They lost my move in papers and my tenant file it was awful living there. On a positive note the apartments are huge you get a lot of space for a cheap price.

This is concerning the house on 1458 North Euclid Avenue in Indianapolis. There were multiple problems on the move-in date, including that only the refrigerator was in working order (the stove had no pilot light, dishwasher had standing water with mold and insects, and garbage disposal was not functional), there were drawings and scuff marks on the walls, the plumbing in the one bathroom was not attached to the wall, and there was still furniture in the basement. Additionally, the back door would not open, the top step of the basement stairs was uneven, and the HVAC system hadn't been inspected (nor the filter changed) since 2006. The worst of the problems was excessive mold in the basement.

Because of my previous respiratory infection problems, I requested a professional evaluation of the mold in the basement. The mold covered all of the walls, the beams supporting the floor above, the drywall, the fiber board, and the shelving and furniture left in the basement. The colors of the mold ranged from green to black, with black mold generally being a toxic fungus. I found a contractor agreed to view the home for free, but T&H refused to do this. This company hides behind an "owner" that the tenant is not allowed to contact, and claims that the owner refuses to pay for repairs. Your only advocate is the company, and the company will advise this “owner” on how to make money, not how to best serve a tenant.

If this house were to be inspected by the Marion County Health Department, I guarantee it would be declared uninhabitable. Although it was not delivered in a safe, clean, and habitable condition as required by law, I still had to pay two months of rent to get out of this lease (for which I received absolutely no benefit) because I cannot afford to front the money for a lawsuit.

If you are considering renting from this company, beware. This company is only out to make money and will do anything possible to cut corners, even if you have legitimate and reasonable concerns for health and safety.

We were forced to use this title company through our builder Beazer. We had been going back and forth with our mortgage company for 3 weeks because they kept asking for more documentation. Mortgages are so hard to get these days. It wasn't until the night before closing that we finally got approved. Paragon need files by 11 they were received at 11:38, we arrived at 12 to close. And they let us sit in their waiting for 45 minutes before finally our Mortgage broker asked to speak with Linda. Linda was extraordinarily rude and said she was unwilling to help they were too busy. Yet while waiting a very well dressed man talks into his cell " we can move you up to 3" as he walks out the door. Even though we had just sat in her waiting room through our entire appointment. She sent us away. So we had to call off the movers, our families and spend our entire Memorial Day weekend piecing clothes and food together, since everything we had was packed up. We made an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I get there to find out that we can close but we won't be receiving our keys. Paragon and our mortgage company couldn't work nicely together to ensure the money was transferred timely enough. So I signed feeling very bitter-sweet, mostly just bitter. The woman we worked with was very unpleasant racing through all the forms because it was late. She didn't like it if we actually wanted read the documents and even shuffled some papers through I never had a chance to see. I got a short snippy congrats as she hurried out to the room. This has sure left a bad taste in my mouth as far as buying homes. How could anyone who you just paid a lot of money treat me like complete dirt and a nuisance. There has been no joy in being a first home buyer. So for a second time we have had to put our family, movers, fencing and garage door people and our new tenants that are renting our current home on hold. This company's favorite saying "That's not my problem."

The team of Curtis and Jeff arrived on time. Both were very nice, and very good at what they do. They took good care of my furniture, which included several delicate glass items, and moved everything out and unloaded it quickly. I was so relieved to have such a great, quick, professional experience. Thank you Curtis, Jeff, and Circle City Movers!

Mike was very thorough in his inspection. Additionally, he provided a number of ideas, suggestions, etc. to help me prepare my home for market. His insight and great attitude are greatly appreciated. I would recommend Principle Home Inspection / Mike Bower to anyone in need of a home inspection.
