Been a customer for years! I have paid large premiums monthly to have what Discover calls payment protection coverage. I now need to use this service and I have had to call back now 4 times to go through the steps they require to activate this service. Must wait 15 days from loss of work before filing, done, must be current done, now they need up to 7-10 days to let me know if it's approved, of course this 7-10 days place me out of current status and the dog now begins to chase his tail.
Customer Service was called the women on the other end was sympatric, but at the end of the day and 4 attempts and hours of wasted time I'm at their mercy. Not a good feeling makes you sick to your stomach, this is what you get when you tire to be responsible and keep your creditors aware of what is happening. Your value is established you have none!
