I ordered a wall recliner and I couldn't be happier with the service. At first, I was hesitant because of some of the reviews that I read. After a couple of days of shopping around at local stores, I couldn't pass up $300 in savings. I'm glad I went through with it. Their communication and customer service was excellent. I received the couch in 10 business days. The delivery company they used was actually early for a change. I normally do not write reviews, but I felt that this business deserved one. If you are in the market for a great deal on furniture, do not hesitate to do business with these guys.

I ordered a couch from them. Got a great price on it. It was delivered 3 weeks after I ordered it, which is within the 2-4 weeks they say it will take. I wasn't home when they came but my wife was and they treated her very well, and she says the couch was delivered with white glove treatment and was packed extraordinarily well. I love the couch, love the service, and would recommend it to anyone.

Mazel Tov Furniture is the absolute best!!! I ordered a bedroom set for my mother, who lives in the South. They delivered it with the white glove treatment. She is so happy and overjoyed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase furniture. You don't have to worry and you will be completely satisfied, as I am. Bravo to Mazel Tov!!!

I just wanted to say “thank you”. We received our Coaster Furniture foyer chest yesterday. It’s as beautiful as I thought it would be. The delivery men were very professional and took good care unloading and placing the piece in our entryway.

I was very reluctant to buy a piece of furniture online. I like to see & touch what I’m buying, but this purchase pushed all those worries aside..

I needed a very specific dining room set which was no longer available, I searched for three months and almost gave up until I discussed my situation with Bruce at Mazel Tov.
Bruce asked for a week to see if he could get this for me and came back to me within a few days with the table and chairs I needed.

The delivery guys were also very professional, the furniture arrived without any problems or damage. The guys set it up and were on their way in no time.
No tax and free delivery to my home in Florida...you can't beat that.

Very nice customer service. Websites ok, but service is really golden. Free white glove shipping and no tax charged to me (I think they are NY based). I'm just happy to call a company to help place the order and get an American who is intelligent and speaks English as a first language on the phone. Prices are rock bottom cheapest as well. I have already posted my referral on my Facebook profile.

No rating yet (I'll put 5 to be fair and follow up later) but the Delivery Company they use are not in the expediency business. The item has been with the Delivery Company for 35 days and counting and they said it might be another 14 days before they load it on the truck. Ugh.

Dining set is just stunning! When they said it would arrive hassle free, I didn't realize they meant literally!Everything went smoothly, mostly because I didn't need to assemble anything. I have bought from IKEA in the past and spent hours having to set it up(felt more like building from scratch). Not so with Mazel tov, really happy A+++

Bought a new dinette set for my newly fixed up basement/guys NFL club. Comes with several barstool options which was nice. I personally got it the way it's displayed in the pic with 2 barstools, 2 double barstools and a corner barstool. It was delivered and setup free so that was nice. It real durable which is great because we usually like to knock a cold one(or two) back. Mazel tov was really quick at taking care of my order. Soon I'm looking at getting some new bookshelves and they will be my first choice.

I am very pleased with my new hall Console. Their service was as advertised(that means great) and my emails were answered in a timely fashion. Everything was great and I will definitely order from Mazel tov furniture again.

As we take our customers feedback very serious, we feel the need to respond to the above feedback left by a disgruntled customer. This customer’s order was initially delayed due to a shipping delay with our delivery company. Extra costs were incurred by Mazel Tov Furniture to rush the order to the customer prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Delivery was made before the Holiday. However, the customer was not satisfied and returned the sofa anyway. The customer did not even notify us of any issue until the day after Thanksgiving. We fully refunded the customer’s purchase immediately, but unfortunately this wasn’t enough for this customer. The customer continues to email threats and wants us to pay a $1,200.00 “penalty” to her, while her full purchase of $715 has already been fully refunded! The customer has made several demands of forms of payment and when the payment must be sent to her. Mazel Tov Furniture's #1 Goal is customer satisfaction, and we pride ourselves on our great customer care. We regret that this customer’s experience couldn't be better, and we continue to strive for customer satisfaction.

I'd give them a Zero if I could! I ordered a couch in early October that I didn't receive until after Thanksgiving. When it finally arrived it had a big four inch rip in the front of it. The person I dealt with there kept promising me things...even offered a $50 credit which I never received. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm trying to help other people so you don't have to go through what I did!

Ordered the Villa Valencia Grande Marble Low Poster Bed from AICO Furniture. Compared to other furniture websites, mazel tov furniture was just 2/3 the price!! I got the piece just 8 days from when I ordered. Free white glove(that's where they set up the piece, not just dump it at your door) was a great bonus. On my comparison shopping I didn't find anyone else who offered that service free!!! The bed is set up, looks great in my sun room, and my back is pain free thanks to MTF!!!! I buy a lot of things online but i had never puchased anything this expensive! I bought an entire living room set that I had seen at Ashley Furniture store. Frist it was less expensive At Mazel Tov Furniture. Then with the free shipping and no taxes how could I go wrong.

From my first dealing with the company I have received superior customer service and fast answers to all my questions. The tracking of my furniture was easy to see on the website as well as receiving emails indicating when the items arrived at the shipping company and so on.
The items were delivered before promised, perfect shape and friendly delivery men. i would not hesitate to buy items again from this vendor and am already looking at other items I would like to purchase.

I reccomend this store very highly and I know that you will be pleased.

I ordered a dress that I had been looking into buying for a while. myself always being a careful buyer I went to a store, spotted it, then did price comparison on my own. After some research I learned a bit how the delivery system works. You have to pay to have it assembled(this i guessed would be the case), but I was surprised to find out that they normally just drop it off the truck, and leave it "curbside". This wouldn't do for me because I'm not about to lift a 140 pound dresser myself up to my apartment. After further research I learned of the "white glove" system where they deliver to your house, plus set it up. Asfar as I could find, Mazal Tov Furniture was the only one who offered it free+ they were slightly cheaper. I took the plunge, ordered online instead of the store and it was a great decision! It arrived in 2 and a half weeks and the guy who assembled it was courteous. I would suggest using this service from Mazal tov furniture for anyone!

I received my bedroom set in perfect condition. When I looked into ordering furniture online my main concern was that the furniture should be in new condition (as the Britannia Rose bedroom set by Ashley is discontinued and no one else has it any more). Well, I had nothing to worry about. I got a great price and I love it. They did the full setup as promised and I gave the delivery people a larger tip than I normally do.

I have recommended this site around and will continue to do so. Mazel Tov asked me to post a review online so that the online community would know of my satisfaction!

DO NOT buy anything from Mazel Tov furniture. I bought an expensive piece of media unit and it came damaged. They promised in home delivery but it was curb side delivery. In other words, the driver is not responsible to carry it into your home. Then, it took them weeks to send me another unit. They repaired the damaged unit and sent it back to me and again, it was curb side delivery. I emailed them but they just ignored my emails.

I am disputing the claim with my credit company and I plan to file an official complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Ari and folks at Mazel Tov are the best! We ordered a beautiful Ashley Rutherford Leather Living Room Set... Sofa, Loveseat, Chair and 1/2 and Ottoman. We saved over $2000.00 compared to the best "discount" price I could find in stores. Full set arrived SEVEN DAYS after we ordered it. Crew placed the furniture, unpacked it and cleaned up after themselves. Just WONDERFUL. Read the reviews on the other internet companies out there like I did and you'll see these guys are unique because they actually get your furniture to you quickly. I really hate having to write this review, but I'm extremely disappointed in the services I received through Mazel Tov furniture. Reading all the positive reviews here, I wonder why I haven't received the efficient service everyone seems to be raving about. I ordered a bedroom set (queen sized canopy bed, nightstand and dresser w/mirror) around May 15. I was told it would take about 2-3 weeks for my furniture to arrive. After week 5 and calling about 10 times to find out the status of my order, I was told that none of my items had yet arrived at the warehouse. During the first week of July I received an e-mail saying that my bed was not available but the rest of my bedroom set would be arriving. It arrived. Early this month (August) I called to get the status on my bed and was told it would be on its way. The delivery company (more on them later), delivered the bed, but it was the wrong size (King). I refused the bed and called the delivery company the following day. The delivery company told me it wasn't their fault and to call Mazel Tov to straighten the order out. Mazel Tov apologized, and said I would get the correct bed in two weeks. Yesterday, my bed was delivered without the canopy brackets! I just have a four poster bed. I called Mazel Tov, they apologized again and said that they would FEDEX my canopy brackets, so I would basically have to have those installed on my own. I called back to ask if someone would be able to install them and was told they are easy to install on my own but if I wanted someone to come and install it, it would take a few weeks for them to come back . They advertise FREE white glove delivery, and I'm truly getting what I'm paying for.

When the delivery company came to put together my bed, they did not have the correct tools to finish the job and asked me if I had any tools. Also, the men who came to deliver my queen bed were unfriendly and simply walked into my house without greeting me. The company only delivered on Sunday evenings and when I asked them if they could deliver on any other day but Sunday I was told that I couldn't! So, of course I had to rearrange my schedule/plans so that I could finally receive my bed. I can't wait until I finally get my items so that I could be completely finished dealing with this company.
