I spent almost $200 on a Phillips from Costco. The component where you hook the cable TV up, broke off within a month. I was advised that it would cost to much to fix and so I had to throw the TV away. Never again will I buy a Phillips.

Bought a 55 inch TV less than 6 months ago. It has been repaired twice to a tune of $600.00 a pop. Today it is out again. This repair, combined with the others, will now exceed the cost of the TV. Trying to get Philips to take their junk back.

I've had too many problems with Philips products the last couple of years. A t.v. went out after just seven months and a DVD player became useless within two years. Customer service lied to me on two different occasions and I never received any kind of satisfaction from the company, even though I had been a faithful customer for years.

just bought a 27" ts series for $ 279.00 ..great price for what you get, good picture and has a/v inputs..only drawback is no s video, but is a great tv.
